I came across this German natural skin cosmetics brand Annemarie Börlind a while ago at Cosmoprof Bologna. This little Rose Dew travel kit came in handy during the summer trips. The series includes cleansing milk, toner with day and night creams. These products reminded me of one of my other favorite brands from German: Dr. Hauschka. Only that Börlind comes with better fragrances.
Rose Dew Cleansing Milk is a mild cleanser suitable for dry skin. Active ingredients include avocado, cucumber, gingko, and rose. I like this one a lot, it removes all of the makeup without drying out your skin.
The facial creams come in two different formulas: heavier one for night, and lighter one for day. The night cream does it job, but it is a bit too heavy and thick for my skin during summer. I'd recommend it to anyone with seriously dry skin. The day cream is more to my liking, very smooth and light emulsion that glides nicely on the face.
My favorite of the lot is definitely the Rose Dew Facial Toner, lovely smelling pink gel that helps the skin to retain its elasticity and moisture. I rarely use toners, but this one I could definitely imagine of buying.
All in all, I'm happy to have encountered this brand, it will stay on my shortlist for good natural skin care. I'm curious to try out their color cosmetics as well in the future.
