I've always been a huge fan of the history behind John Lawrence Sullivan - Japanese ex-boxer turned menswear designer, Arashi Yanagawa. Over the past few season's, he's consistently managed to churn out a collection that beckons attention and this season is no different - strong primary colors, british influenced plaids and patterns, and meticulously-tailored, sophisticated silhouettes.

There were quite a few nods to the eighties, be it in the pixel inspired knitwear or the almost boxy double-breasted jackets and coats. Paying attention to detail has never been Yaganawa's weakspot as wel see refinement in the zippers, tuxedo waists, cuff accessories and rounded sunnies - something we're keen to see more of this season.
