During the last days in San Francisco we rented a car, which gave mor opportunities to explore the Bay area. We crossed again the Golden Gate bridge, and sunny Sausalito was our first destination. We had a lovely seafood lunch by the ocean at Scoma's, then strolled on the main street looking at the stores, and appreciating the stunning view of San Francisco and Alcatraz across the bay.
After five days of walking and public transportation, I was happy to take a seat in our rental Dodge. I'm wearing Gap denim shirt, with Forever 21 necklace.
After lunch we continued up to the wine area, and stopped at the pretty, little town of Sonoma for some local Californian wine tasting.
Then we continued driving towards Highway 1, passing through a beautiful forest, and finally ending up to the coast.
